Convergence is looking for a Director of Operations and Scheduling to join the Operations team. You will be responsible for coordinating our Partners’ schedules and working closely with all departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Act as the point of contact among partners, employees, clients, and all external communications
- Managing and scheduling for our Partners
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, and presentations
- Oversee the performance of other administrative staff
- Arranging the Partner’s travel nationally and internationally
- Coordinating internal and external company events
Qualifications and Skills
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Scheduler, Personal Assistant, or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to be proactive
- Critical thinker
- Experiencing managing other staff or a principal
- Detail-oriented and self-starter a must

Convergence is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join the Operations team. You will be responsible for coordinating schedules for our Vice Presidents and working closely with all departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Act as the point of contact between partners and senior-level staff
- Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Coordinate daily calendars of senior managers
- Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports

Developing digital marketing programs for clients and overseeing each program’s success
Collaborating with our team of experts to provide the highest level of service to our clients
Scheduling content calendars and communications for email, SMS, and other digital mediums
Overseeing online advertising campaigns
Using data analysis skills to track client programs’ key performance indicators, make decisions and recommendations to clients
Identifying and deploying innovative solutions to solve problems in your role and for the team at large
Here are some qualifications we think make for an exceptional Digital Director on our team:
3+ years of work experience in political campaigns or online marketing
A bachelor’s degree or similar
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Proven strategic thinking and success in competitive environments
Hands-on experience managing digital projects
Knows how to manage customer relationships, expectations and deliverables
Multitasks, meets tight deadlines, and adapts quickly to changing priorities
Accountable for starting tasks with limited direction while leading a team
Advanced experience with Excel

We’re looking for a driven, visionary, rebellious Graphic Designer to help architect our customized digital programs for our Republican and conservative clients. You will help curate our clients’ brands, ensuring a cohesive design aesthetic for the entity from the start. In addition, you will conceptualize and design high-impact static and motion graphics for our political clients, finding unconventional ways to share our clients’ messages and help them reach their goals.

The role of the Project Manager is to be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion. Planning and designating project resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress and keeping stakeholders informed the entire way.
Responsibilities for Project Manager
- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed

Qualifications for Project Manager

Position Summary:
The role of Research Assistant is to be responsible for asset management and collection, as well as client/opponent research. Organizing asset folders, uploading assets via VPN to our editors, ensuring assets are accessible and pulled from the correct locations. This will be a contract position ending in November, with the possibility of full-time employment.
Responsibilities for Research Assistant
- Monitoring daily news cycles and client/opponent news hits.
- Pulling assets (video and stills) of clients, opponents, and future clients.
- Uploading assets to our server via VPN for remote editors.
- Organizing asset folders.
- Drafting research documents on clients, opponents, districts, or particular issues.
- Assisting in Quality Control (QC) of ads
Qualifications for Research Assistant
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven ability to learn quickly
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientated
- Proactive and accountable for starting tasks with limited direction.
- Likes meeting deadlines and ability to work in a dynamic environment
